Some of your questions answered...
Are standard combination duvets the same as a CosyCool duvet ?
No. A combination duvet does not permit you to adjust tog independently on
each side. You have to have the same tog as your partner. Combination duvets
are also called "Four Seasons duvets".
What sizes are CosyCool duvets available in? Double (200 x 200cm),
Kingsize (220 x 225cm), and Super King (220 x 260cm).
Is microfibre better than hollowfibre? Yes. Microfibres are ultra fine man-made
fibres, less than one micron in diameter. Unlike inferior hollowfibre, they're
hypo-allergenic, better at retaining heat and drawing excess moisture from the
body, and softer and more pliable, with a similar texture to duck down.
What is cotton jacquard? It's a permanent pattern woven into the fabric as
opposed to simply printed on it (which can fade with washing).
What is meant by threadcount? This is the density of a fabric, and equals the
number of threads (horizontal and vertical) per square inch. Anything over 180
threads per square inch is generally regarded as good quality. The cotton jacquard
used in CosyCool duvets is 300 threads per square inch, which results in an
extremely smooth finish.
Are CosyCool duvets machine washable? Yes, at up to 60°C, and because of
their clever design, the largest part fits into a small washing machine. No more
dry-cleaner trips required!
