Delivery Information
Orders are dispatched every weekday within 24 hours of the order being placed. We use DHL's "@HOME" service, which normally delivers an order within 24 hours of it being sent. This service does not deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays.
UK Delivery is free, apart from the Channel Islands and Northern Island, for which there is a charge of £5.99.
If you are not in when DHL try to deliver, a contact card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery at a time that suits you, between 7:30am and 9:00pm.
Returns Information
We offer a 28 day money back guarantee if the duvet is returned to us unused and in perfect condition, with the original packaging, or if the goods are in any way faulty. There is no charge for returning faulty goods. In all other cases, there is a flat rate charge of £10, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you simply wish to exchange faulty goods, we are happy to oblige.
