Deliveries

Orders are delivered within 3 working days to UK destinations and 5 working
days to other destinations. We use UPS and our charges are as follows:

Delivery to mainlaind UK destinations is £5.95. For charges to other desitinations
the charges will be displayed once you have added an item to your basket.

If no-one is in, a contact card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.

Returns

We offer a 28 day money back guarantee if your CosyCool duvet is returned to us
unused and in perfect condition, with the original packaging, or in the very unlikely
event the duvet is in any way faulty.

If you wish to return your purchase, please email us at contactus@cosycool.co.uk
or call us on 0845 643 0681. We will then arrange collection for you.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
