Delivery Information
Orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day. We use DHL's "@HOME" service, which normally delivers an order within 24 hours of being sent, excluding weekends.
UK Delivery is free. For the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, there is a charge of £5.99.
If you are not in when DHL try to deliver, a contact card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery. If preferable, you can then arrange for an early morning or evening delivery.
Returns Information
We offer a 28 day money back guarantee if your CosyCool duvet is returned to us unused and in perfect condition, with the original packaging, or in the very unlikely event your duvet is in any way faulty. **** Please note that orders placed between 1st and 9th December 2008 may be returned to us, up to and including, 9th January 2009. All other return conditions remain unchanged**** There is no charge for returns, apart from the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, for which there is a charge of £5.99.
