Delivery Information
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being received, Monday to Friday.
We use DHL, which aims to deliver an order to UK destinations within 24 hours of being sent. For Ireland destinations, delivery is 2 to 5 working days.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
- UK (excluding Northern Ireland) : Free
- Northern Ireland: £7.99
- Republic of Ireland: £14.99
If you are not in when DHL try to deliver, a contact card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery. If preferable, you can then arrange for an early morning or evening delivery.
Returns Information
We offer a 28 day money back guarantee if your CosyCool duvet is returned to us unused and in perfect condition, with the original packaging, or in the very unlikely event your duvet is in any way faulty.
Our return charges are as follows:
- UK (excluding Northern Ireland) : Free
- Northern Ireland: £7.99
- Republic of Ireland: £14.99
